Covid 19 – Updates for our customers.
Holidays departing on or before 31 July
Due to the ongoing COVID-19 global pandemic, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to suspend all our tours due to depart up until 31 July.
We appreciate how disappointing it can be not to be able to enjoy the holiday experience that you had planned. If your holiday has been impacted, you do not need to do anything as we will be in touch with you in due course. We are contacting our customers in departure date order. This remains an unprecedented situation with nearly all our staff still working from home, so please bear with us. We really do appreciate your patience.
Holidays departing from 1 August
It’s encouraging now to see signs of recovery in various countries around the world, and we expect to start to operate at least some of our tours from early August.
Over the last few months we have been working hard with our partners and suppliers around the world so that when you travel with us, you can be sure that you are in the safest of hands.
If your tour cannot go ahead as planned, we will be in touch with you directly to explain your options.
