Why Choose A TD active Photography Holiday
All of our Photography Holidays are in partnership with the Dublin Photography School, whose experts have helped us to develop a packing list and lesson plan for each trip. Each of our holidays are also accompanied by two tutors from the school, including award-winning fine art photographer Stewart Kenny. As we travel, both tutors will be on hand to give tutorials, demonstrations and tips so that you’re sure to return home with professional-quality images of the amazing destinations we’ve visited.
Our small group tours allow each traveller to get quality time with our photography tutors. With a maximum group size of 20 people and two tutors on every holiday, we’ll have plenty of face time to ask specific questions and get the most out of their demonstrations and tutorials. Our small group size also means we are able to visit sites that big tour groups can’t always access, so we’ll have more opportunity for capturing unique images and authentic experiences.
We accept all skill levels on our Photography Holidays, whether this is your first time with a camera or you’re looking to hone your skills with additional insight from an expert teacher. Each of our tours is ideal for developing street, portrait and landscape photography skills, while also practicing and up-skilling on night, low light and long exposure photography. With two expert tutors by our side during the entire trip, we’ll have plenty of opportunities for hands-on tutoring and tailored lessons that suit the skills and interests of the group.
At TD active Holidays, we’re experts at planning holidays, which means that we know all the insider tricks to make your holiday a memorable one. As with all of our holidays, we plan every aspect of the trip, so you never have to worry. On our Photography Holidays we take it one step further with a detailed list of suggested items to pack that will help you get the most out of this adventure, from lens to filter recommendations.
