Yoga is all about restoring the mind and body, which is why we travel to the most tranquil and beautiful destinations on our Yoga Holidays. On each of our trips, we’ll escape from bustling cities and head to peaceful coastal retreats. From the lush island of Hvar off the Croatian coast to the Algarve, all of our Yoga Holidays are set in locations that are perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Between our twice daily yoga sessions, we’ll enjoy plenty of free time to make the most of our surroundings. Explore the nearby towns and attractions or just relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere of our resort. There are also plenty of activities for those who want an action-packed holiday including surfing, cycling, hiking, or stand up paddle boarding. So whether you’d like to take a surf lesson in Portugal or relax by the beach in Croatia, you’ll enjoy plenty of leisure time to make the most of your holiday.
All of our Yoga Holidays are in partnership with MOONSyoga Loft , and one of their highly qualified teachers will lead our practices throughout the holiday. Each session provided will be open level and our expert yoga instructor will tailor the practice to the group’s fitness level. We’ll also have time after our sessions to ask questions or request adjustments. So whether you’re an expert yogi or just starting out on your practice, our expert teachers will provide variations to intensify or soften each of the poses.
On our Yoga Holidays, we will practice Hatha Vinyasa Yoga. This popular style of yoga focuses on slow, mindful movement paired with controlled breathing. During a Hatha Vinyasa flow, each asana sequence is repeated in different ways allowing you to truly connect with the movements. Our yoga practices will begin by opening the body and mind to get energy flowing from tip to toe. Hatha Vinyasa Yoga starts softly and works up to a series of slow, fluid sequences, including lengthening, balancing and strengthening poses for a heat-building yoga practice.
Our Yoga Holidays are aimed at practitioners of all levels, from beginners to advanced yogis. Variations will be offered throughout each session, so that all levels are able to find the pose that feels right for their body. Our expert instructors from MOONSyoga Loft will also be on hand to answer any questions or provide recommendations for ways to help improve your practice. Whether you’ve been practicing yoga for years or have just started and want to learn in a relaxed, friendly environment, our Yoga Holidays are the perfect way to advance your practice.
When you join us on this relaxing holiday, we’ll spend our mornings and evenings enjoying a range of yoga classes led by a qualified yoga teacher from MOONSyoga Loft and will have our afternoons free to enjoy local life in one of our spectacular destinations. Our Yoga Holidays are centred around twice daily Vinyasa Hatha Yoga practices. Each practice will be themed and varied per day to keep it interesting and all sessions will focus on slow, mindful movement with stronger holds. Our expert instructors will also provide variations for each pose so that you can intensify or soften based on your needs. All of our yoga classes will be open level and beginners are most welcome. Beginners will be offered rest whenever they wish in the sessions, however it is advised that you have attended at least a term of yoga classes prior to joining one of our Yoga Holidays. As with all of our holidays, our Yoga Holidays also include return flights, guided transfers, and hotel accommodation.

To guide my students through an exploration of the body, breath and mind connection – in order to empower themselves against the daily joys and challenges of life. To guide them towards more feeling, towards more harmony in the body/mind and most often to bring more laughter and smiles to daily life! Primarily I want to help bring a little peace into our crazy world and ultimately… make.people.smile.
